 ? surely the essence of non-duality is the acknowledgement and integration of the shadow (ying&yang) and putting our fingers in our ears and chanting a blah blah blah mantra is not the way out. I think that maybe transcending everything is akin to Christianity's doctrine of getting the hell out of here (pun intended) and going to a heavenly home in the sky, when the actual message of the bible is totally in the other direction. " For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed."
